拉筋拍打很简单,重在坚持。不过“大道甚夷,而民好径”,很多拍友总想找到最“精确”的穴位,拍上几分钟就立马改善。这不是说没有,但概率很小,远不如坚持拍打通用部位后地毯式轰炸,并配合拉筋来得快,效果持久。
