Do you know that our microcirculatory system can easily be clogged? Nutrients can not go in and toxin cannot come out? Major arteries and our heart usually don’t get clogged, because they are wide and strong. But in the tiny capillaries, lymph vessels, they can be easily clogged. Once they are clogged, the nutrients can not get in and the toxin cannot come out. And that particular region, be it an organ or gland, will weaken. Thus disease will happen. As we all have experienced, when we hit or slap something, we will either break it or it may swell up. Since Paida does slap on ourselves, what to do when the slapped region began to swell up, becoming red or purple. Are we causing bruises, or damaging our skin or muscle? This video will explain to you the difference between “sha” and “bruise”.
