If you have little power to slap with your hand, or your hand becomes tired, or trying to reach difficult places by hand, this will be the tool to help you out. The bigger spotted side penetrates deeper and the small spotted side is less painful, but takes longer to be effective.
Just use it to slap one region where you feel pain, for at least five minutes, and up to an hour. Then move on to slap the next region. Make sure that you slap by chasing along the region where purple color appears. Do not stop at only one spot. Chase along the purple or dark color will detox your entire meridian.
Begin your slap with the following four general regions:
- Inner elbow of both arms
- Back of both hand
- Both knees
- Both feet
