[:en]I attended the six-day Paida and Lajin Self-Healing Workshop in Germany. Paida and Lajin is a very fresh concept to me. I’d say this concept carries weight and has depth. The techniques are unbelievably simple to follow, yet effective.

It revolutionized my view on health and brought me recognition of my previous lifestyle and habits. The new self-healing concept and techniques interest me tremendously. I will to learn more about the concept and will continue to practice Paida and Lajin. I’ll also share Paida and Lajin with my family, friend and acquaintances and do my best to help others to improve their health.

The intensity of Paida and Lajin at the workshop is much different from that at home. Granted, you get a much improved outcome. I only did ten minutes of Lajin per leg at home; but, at the workshop, I managed to stretch for twenty minutes per leg.

When I did Paida at home, I rarely had Sha; however, at the workshop, Sha appeared all over my body. What came as a big surprise was that I was never successful fasting at home. Yet, at the workshop, fasting was a piece of cake. Moreover, even with the intensive workshop routine that required us to do more than usual, I was not tired.

I used to get up three to five times each night to urinate. I did not need to go at all during the workshop. It looks like Paida and Lajin cured my frequent urination problem.

Apart from experiencing some very brief moments of fatigue, I felt physically strong and more upbeat, and basically experienced no discomforting reactions of Qì Chōng Bìng Zào.

Although some of my old injuries did not heal thoroughly due to the limited number of days at the workshop, I’m feeling like a different person now. And I totally believe that if I continue to Paida and Lajin at home, they will improve.

Many thanks to the organizers’ selfless devotion. I will continue my endeavor.
