Comment by Mr. Hongchi Xiao:

Psoriasis is generally regarded as a “skin” disease, and is treated by skin doctors. In fact, psoriasis is a typical example of “compound diseases”, i.e. a complex of interrelated diseases. And the sufferer’s meridians linked to all the internal organs are clogged, particularly the heart, lung, kidney, spleen and bladder meridians. To thoroughly cure psoriasis, “carpet bombing” Paida is the key, i.e. Paida every inch of the body. Also, sandbags need to be added while doing Lajin.

Such chronic, complex diseases are indeed hard to self heal by doing Paida and Lajin at home, without attending a workshop.

Background

I remember Aston called and wrote me an email after Xiao Lao Shi’s seminar in Kuala Lumpur last year 2011. No mentioned of his problem, just asked to keep him informed of the next training in Malaysia.

He was one of the first to call to inquire about the 7-day camp — sounded very down as his psoriasis problem which started four years ago is getting worst.

He has exhausted all avenues trying to find a cure for psoriasis. Attending Paida and Lajin camp is his last resort, so to speak and he can only hoped for the best.

Journey to Cure

He reported to camp on 1st day of training on 15 Aug 2012. The youngest of all at age 29, a soft spoken guy, looked tired and a little shy.

As we started to Paida the four common parts, it was noted that Aston only managed to Paida lightly and not able to follow the group’s timing. His timing is always a little faster than the rest. Xiu jiao lian, Panpan and Linda took turn to help him in the process.

Turning point for him and eye opening for all happened on day 2, 16 Aug 2012.

Noticing his lack of strength to Paida himself, I took over and started to Paida on him. 20 min or so later, the affected area on his left arm started to bleed and exposed the skin underneath. The blood had a strong smell and was very sticky. As I continued, the affected area visibly “shrank” and got smaller and smaller, kind of, and in the process of healing, so to speak from outside to the center. By then, everyone was curiously surrounding him and watching in awe and marveled at the healing effect shown. Needless to say, he was in great pain but he [“tahan”] held on.

Prior to that, our understanding on Paida curing psoriasis was merely at “knowledge” or “theory” level — we had read about it in Master Xiao’s book/blog but had never seen it ourselves. Seeing it firsthand made a huge difference in terms of perspective and experience on self-healing. The hands-on and practical approach is so effective and self-evident. As we watched the healing in action, our understanding deepened.

Since then, everyone was even more motivated and getting more and more “involved” in the Paida and Lajin process i.e. encouraged each other to try to hold on a little longer for Lajin and try to Paida harder on self and others plus reminding each other to “endure” the pain a little bit more and not complaining about it, but Just Do It!

Barefooted jogging is totally new and a challenge to Aston. He had gastric problem and soon reflected as pain around the stomach area on 1st day of jogging. Xiu jiao lian advised him to continue jogging and Paida the “chuk san li (Zusanli acupoint)” after that. It took him another day or so for the body to feeling totally OK again. After that he was able to complete all the rounds, about 1 hour, with ease, feeling fresh and alert and not easily tired as before.

He seldom sweats prior to training and only started to sweat (sticky one) after few rounds of Paida – first on sole follow by hands, more so after drinking the ginger soup (and eat the ginger).

Fasting is also new to him. He usually takes small but many meals a day and he felt hungry especially on first day of fasting. He had to take few bowls of the ginger soup and eat the red dates as well as the ginger to stop from feeling hungry but feeling OK on day 2 onwards.

Previously he had tried coffee therapy, taking medication, fiber etc to help in the bowel movement. But now, he proudly informed that without all the outside help during the 7-day training, he was able to go to the toilet daily, sometimes more than twice a day – the stools were smelly, blackish and sticky (to the toilet bowl).

His conditions continued to improve further after fasting – to his surprise, he felt great and energetic and not feeling tired or sleepy (as before prior to attending training) despite getting up early each day at 6am for the morning jog.

He gave a detailed sharing on his journey to cure on last day of training. He has tried western medications as well as many other methods recommended to him over the years but to no avail. The positive results shown during the short 7-day training exceeded what he had hoped and expected for.

He was visibly very happy to finally find a cure to his problem and expressed his thanks and gratitude to Master Xiao’s teaching and all who have helped him along the way.

Follow-up 7-day After the Training

Here is his progress one week after training:

1. He is taking a month leave now to continue with his journey to cure on other affected parts

2. He is on a 7-day fasting now (started yesterday)

3. Noticed that he now sweats more and more easily, especially after taking the ginger soup

4. Using the same strength to Paida, the “Sha” is able to come out more easily

AFTER taking the ginger soup (plus eating the ginger)

5. He continues to go to the toilet at least twice a day at home after the training

6. Feeling energetic and alert, despite on fasting now (note that he has been on pre-fasting diet few days prior)

7. His Lajin improved a further 2 minutes as compared to 2 days ago when I called. He now able to hold about 20 minutes for each leg. The leg can be straight up on the movable vertical pole but the other one is still hanging on the air, but improved and getting closer to the floor

8. He noticed that to Paida the back of the knee first before Lajin helps a great deal — less pain and can hold on little longer

9. Grow back NEW skin on the affected area

Many Thanks again for Aston’s unselfish sharing. We wish him WELL and SPEEDY RECOVERY on his journey to cure.
