Tennis Elbow, Vitiligo, and Prostate Disease Improved

Mr. Xiao’s comment: Accolades! Changhui is a good student at applying “one stone killing two birds”.
Dear Master Xiao,
A few days ago I reported on how five-day Paida cured my tennis elbow. I mentioned in my report that Paida could still be effective even when performed during TV watching. Being distracted by TV programs makes Paida less effective, but it is still better than doing nothing at all. Many people enjoy reading and other forms of entertainment in their spare time. Combining Paida with whatever they’re doing is a good way to multi-task and saves time. Especially for healthy people, Paida is a good preventative measure.
I once encouraged a colleague of mine who had vitiligo to do Lajin and Paida. He took my advice and started Lajin and Paida in February of this year. Every day he stretched just briefly and slapped his elbows when watching TV. Now he could see some melanin growth covering the vitiligo patches. He is increasing his Lajin and Paida duration to improve the effectiveness.
My father is seventy-eight years old. He had prostate disease. The only exercise he loved to do was swimming. He’d say no to any other types of exercises. I persuaded him to Paida his inner and outer thighs while watching TV. He did. He ended up spending a lot of time Paida because he watched TV a lot. After a week, he was very happy to tell me that his toilet visits at night reduced to 1-2 times from 4-5 times each night. He became an active Lajin and Paida promoter and participant in Edmonton, Canada.
Master Xiao, what’s your opinion on this? Please advise.
Respectfully,
Changhui
